Bringing the climate to life
What is the climate impact of my meal?
The Swiss Greentech FOOD2050 makes the effects of our food consumption on the climate visible. The app designed by coool visualizes the climate impact of food in degrees Celsius – transparently, intuitively and with positive motivation.
Instead of wagging a finger, the app and the accompanying ticker motivate users to contribute to achieving the global climate target of a maximum of +1.5 degrees by eating the right food.
In the cafeteria of the University of Zurich and in the Mercato restaurant at the Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne, guests can make an informed choice about their meals.
