Time for unusual business

Business as usual isn’t working anymore? Time for unusual business! Markets and business models are currently under intense pressure to transform. Entrepreneur Sina Wans has a unique approach to breaking out of old patterns.

With her proven format of unusual business circles, she connects people to form impactful communities, enabling them to jointly develop sustainable and resilient business models instead of fighting systemic crises alone. Coool contributed to the business strategy and developed the brand strategy, tagline, and brand design.

From linear to circular

The economy is under constant stress: shrinking margins, exhausted growth potential, demographic change, the climate transition, and fragile supply chains. These are not isolated crises. This is a systemic transformation. Many business leaders still try to solve problems linearly. This works as long as crises are temporary and not very complex. Today, they are structural, and appropriate relationships and solutions are needed.

Sina Wans delivers: unusual business circles are her format for addressing these challenges. A closed group of 6–12 companies from a single industry or cross-industry, from a shared customer base or supply chain, works together for a year to achieve tangible results. Proven with over 60 companies.

The Brand Design

The minimalist, expressive brand design perfectly encapsulates Sina’s approach: Set in PP Telegraf’s Ultra-Slanted typeface in a circular layout, the logo combines ambition and practicality.

The color scheme blends vibrant ultramarine with a rich deep blue, creating a striking contrast with a confidently feminine lilac and pink hue.

The circular shapes are a versatile graphic element that elevates the logo into a narrative medium. Never static, but rather fluid, layered, with an intriguing bitmap hatching. They convey the core of Sina’s model: The power of collaboration.

Together with the photography by Stuttgart-based photographer Dominique Brewing, a brand identity emerges that reflects Sina’s progressiveness, experience, and her unique ability to connect people and generate new energy from these connections.

Pitch on a page

We chose a very direct approach: The brand story was conceived, written, and designed in one go, directly within a website pitch. Sina received a toolkit from which she could build the website herself.

This reflects our collaborative working method and Sina’s at the same time: We contribute our resources, expertise, and creativity where they create the greatest value and work co-creatively in teamwork with our clients and partners.
